Compatibility Relations between representations of the Double Space Groups

Compatibility Relations
This program calculates the compatibility relations between the irreducible representations of double space groups.
Input data:
1. Space group number.
2. First k-vector chosen from a list. Alternatively, the three coordinates in the standard setting can be given.
3. Second k-vector. Alternatively, the progran gives all the compatibility relations involving the first k-vector
