Identify layer group symmetry

The program SECTIONS identifies, for a given space group, the full set of possible layer symmetries of periodic sections defined by their common normal vector and located within the unit cell. The program accepts as input a space group given in any arbitrary setting. The results are expressed in both the given basis of the input space group and the standard setting of the sectional groups.
